Zarmina Rafi is from Lahore, Pakistan. She is a poet and a short fiction writer expressing herself in both Urdu and English. She holds a B.A. in Literature from McGill University and an M.A. in Literature and Creative Writing from Concordia University. Zarmina’s talent has not gone unrecognized, in which she has received several awards including the Chester McNaughten Prize for Creative Writing, Summer Writing Scholarship at the University of Edinburgh and Humber School for Writers Summer Scholarship. She is currently at work on an experimental poetry manuscript entitled Wall.
